Meet The Team operates as a performative structure.

Contained within an office footprint of approximately 5 × 5 metres, a network of collaborators carries both creative and logistical labour. Together they assemble into a single working entity (or two, if Nez the dog is included).

Each member retains distinct preferences, skills, and modes of operation. Some are geographically mobile; others remain site-specific. Each carries a recognisable character.

The project emerged as a response to the fragmented conditions of interdisciplinary practice — the continual shifting of roles, scripts, and professional personas required of contemporary artists.

It also functions as a critique of corporate “Meet the Team” pages that flatten complex individuals into marketable profiles.

Rather than conceal difference, Meet The Team foregrounds it.
The structure accommodates contradiction, idiosyncrasy, and excess.

The strange remains.
